Dear Oak Grove High School Community:
Welcome to Oak Grove High School. It is my heartfelt privilege to be a part of Oak Grove High School’s Administration Team and able to serve you. As your Associate Principal, the focus of my responsibilities will be to ensure our students maintain good class attendance, and that policies and procedures are followed to ensure safe student environment for academic learning and extra-curricular activities. I believe that every student is unique and special and deserves attention and respect, and as one of your administrators, I have an obligation to encourage independence and self-confidence, promote mutual differences and tolerance, and maintain respect for all cultures and ethnic groups of our educational community.
I look forward to the opportunity for successful interactions and meetings with students, staff, parents, and fellow administrators that build partnerships and opportunities to learn from one and another. I will work with our Oak Grove Administration and excellent teaching staff to continue to enhance the student learning experience for what I consider to be important members of our Oak Grove community. Also understanding that school needs evolve and policies sometimes may need to be revisited and modified to accommodate today’s reality, I welcome planning for future development, formulating policy and putting policy into practice, as needed, with the fullest sense of collaboration from our many Oak Grove stakeholders.
