If you need an official transcript, but are unable to come to the school to get one, you can order one through the mail. Please send your request to:

Please include a photo-copy of your ID, so I know the request is coming from you, your name if it was different in high school, the year you left the school, the address you need me to send the transcript, and $5 for each transcript requested (either cash or a check made out to Oak Grove H.S.)
